* IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EXPRESS ORDERS: Order must be placed before 11:00 a.m. CST Monday through Friday to be delivered within 1-2 days (Not A Guaranteed Delivery Time) to your home or P.O. Box. Orders placed on a Friday after 11:00 a.m. CST, and on Saturday and Sunday will NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL MONDAY. For Express orders a Signature is required upon delivery at a residence, otherwise, a note will be left and your order will be held at your local post office where you can pick it up or a 2nd delivery attempt will be made the next day. If you are unable to sign for the package on the 2nd delivery attempt, the order will be returned to IndependentBands.com. If the order is shipped again, you will be charged an additional express mail or other postage option. Military APO and FPO are excluded from using Express.
For International Orders that are shipped outside of the US we charge depending on how many items you order and where on the globe you are shipping. Our website will calculate and show you the shipping charge during checkout before you enter your credit card info. All Customs and Import Tariff Fees are the responsibility of the customer.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will normally be shipped 24-48 hours after you make your purchase and you will receive an e-mail notification once it has shipped.
Orders shipping by Priority Mail using USPS (United States Postal Service) usually arrive in 2-3 business days (average) from the time they are shipped but can take up to 6 business days.
Orders shipping by 1st Class Mail using USPS (United States Postal Service) normally arrive at an address in the contiguous 48 states in 3-6 business days (average) from the time they are shipped but can take up to 11 business days. 1st Class Mail is not recommended for shipping destinations outside the contiguous 48 states (e.g. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico). We are talking slow boat to China.
Orders shipping by Express Mail using USPS (United States Postal Service) usually arrive in 1-2 days from the time they are shipped and are delivered Monday through Sunday. While the Postal Service states that your order should arrive within 2 days from the time it is shipped, we do not offer a guarantee on the delivery time. Order must be placed before 11:00 a.m. CST Monday through Friday to be delivered within 1-2 days (Not A Guaranteed Delivery Time) to your home or P.O. Box. Orders placed on a Friday after 11:00 a.m. CST, and on weekend will NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
If you are shipping outside the US, we use USPS First Class International and you should receive your order in 4 days to 6 weeks.
3. What about backorders?
We don't like backorders either, so we only sell what we have in stock.
We are unlike other internet stores that accept your order but then not mail it for 2 to 4 weeks while they wait for the item to show up in their warehouse.
If an item is out of stock, you may put your email address on a notification list (with no commitment to purchase the item). As soon as we get that item back in stock, you will be notified by email. You can then purchase it if you still want it.
