After parting ways with their record label, Rocketown Records, the freedom of independent music has set well with this husband- wife duo, Wilshire. Through the exploration of genres ranging from modern pop/rock to ballads reminiscent of an earlier era, Lori and Micah have produced an album that is anything but run-of-the-mill or stagnant. Opening with an edgy pop tune propelled forward by Lori's forceful yet polished vocals, Second Story draws us in, compelling us to give full attention to the tales of faith and love, confusion and hope contained therein. Not to be pigeon-holed, Second Story is an album that effectively blends furiously executed rock tunes with shimmering introspective melodies, while carefully interlacing two passionate voices with a creative mix of acoustic and electric musical genius.

All I have to say about Wilshire is that they are AWESOME!!! I have not had the pleasure of seeing them in concert but my friend who lives out in Vegas won tickets off the radio to their Underground Lounge. I have only heard their music when I have visited Las Vegas, It is not played much around Texas. My friend said that they were really great; thier music and them. He got their autograph for me. I bought their cd when it first came out and I LOVE IT!!!

Lori and Micah, you guys rocked on at The Grove in West Hollywood and at the El Rey Theatre. Thank you for the opportunity to talk to both of you and be able to give one bracelet for you two as a token of appreciation for good talented music and letting me communicate with you. I will promote you in all ways I must so you will get "a hallelujah". You two are really special and your guitar playing and your singing voices along with music are great. By the way...I found my bicycle. I love you, Keyvan Attaie

I heard you on the radio the other day and what I heard was GREAT! Just happen to see you guys on Pepsi Smash last night. I am a ex-music director in major market radio and I think you got a SUPER hit on your hands! And I don't say that much! Good luck you two!

I recently saw you open for the Train concert at Fillmore in Denver and thought you guys were amazing! It's so cool also that you are married; don't see that too often. Good luck with your rise to superstardom! I look forward to seeing ya'll on Pepsi Smash and will definitely buy your CD.

My husband and I went to see Train at 4th & B in San Diego last night and we're fortunate to see you perform first. You were great and we think very well received by the whole audience. It's very refreshing to finally here a band and its singers that can actually sing. I'm going to order your CD right now. Thanks for your inspirational work.
