As members of Gamaliel's Advice take time to focus on other things, lead singer and songwriter Wade Joye has felt led to pursue a solo ministry. While the flavor of the music has changed to a less alternative, more acoustic sound, Wade's lyric writing maintains its strong scripturally-sound content. With heart-felt passion, Wade expresses timeless truths in relevant and challenging ways.

"Jesus often used stories and situations around Him to convey the message of the gospel in such a way that those he spoke to could understand. In our culture, many are disillusioned and defensive concerning anything related to the church and Christianity. Hopefully, my music can serve as a bridge to our generation that will present Christ truthfully and scripturally."

Wade enjoys performing in atmospheres ranging from coffeehouses to youth retreats, college campuses to churches. Also a gifted speaker, Wade views his music as a means to reach people of all ages for Christ, offering God's salvation to those who do not know Him, and challenging those who do.
