to bad they broke up. they were one of the best bands in christian rock.

You rock benjamin gate! it was so awesome seeing them in concert here in AK. they were so full of energy! (GOD energy.)they have some of the BEST music that i've listened to! ROCK ON!!!!

This band first impressed me with their very unique, well-balanced sound. You can't fit them in a genre, (unless you want to say that they are industrial-electro-techno-dance-hardrock-alternative, with just a touch of emo). They consist of five members; a singer, two guitarists, a bassist, and a drummer. Their sound is very guitar-driven and complex, which I love, and the singer's vocal style varies between powerful alto and shimmering soprano, often within the same song. The lyrics from their first album are generally simple, but rich in metaphor, and on the second album the lyrics are deeper, more poetic, richer in metaphor -- just incredible. I love how this band strives to better themselves with every offering. Also, in concert TBG really performs! All of the members throw themselves into the music, and you can feel their raw passion pouring through the airwaves. Despite the lack of fancy lighting and effects, I've never seen anyone put on a better show (except maybe Metallica). Last but not least, this band is unashamedly Christian -- Adrienne always begins the show with a prayer and often pauses the set to tell the audience something new she has learned about God, and their songs are extreme worship. Their song "Rush" even includes Adrienne rapping Psalm 1.

I'm from Barbados. That's far from U.S.I first heard Benjamin's Gate hit 'All Over Me'on a t.v. programme by chance. Then I heard a friend of mine had the 'Untitled'cd that she had bought overseas. When I realised that we could get it in Barbados, I was the first to get it. They are the most amazing group I have heard. They are my absolute favourite band. All my friends know I freak over them and I think they are THE best. They bless my soul every time I hear them and trust me, I kill their cd almost everyday. I've never gotten bored yet. I am being extremely serious. I know God placed Banjamin's Gate in my life for a reason. Sometimes when I am a bit in the dumps, with God's help their music is always a fresh blessing and pumps me back up.I love the Benjamin's Gate. God has certainly designed that band with a purpose, even if it is just to bless one life. Benjamin's Gate are absolutely AWESOME!!!!! Give them a listen. Dem is bear bashment and tight pon it dread. The first time I saw The Benjamin Gate was at Creation Festival East 2003. I am 39 years old and probably not the typical Benjamin Gate fan but they are great. I saw them play with my 12 year old son and his friend and they both are hooked too. I already bought my son one of their CD's and now I plan on checking out the DVD. Great band...a must hear!

The first time i heard The Benjamin Gate was when my youth minister played it in our youth room. It was great. To tell you the truth i didnt know who it was because i never heard them before. They're really good, and i hope everyone goes out and buy's their CD. They're a cross between No Doubt & 12 Stones, if you wanted to know.

The first time i heard Benjamin Gate was at the Underground. Since that day i went crazy trying to figure out who they were because i couldn't stop thinking about their songs. they really touch me and the female lead singer is awesome live on stage! i had to buy their CD and now they are all i listen to. i would definetly reccomend this to anyone who wants to listen to great music while worshipping.

The Benjamin Gate are pure adrenaline and make you feel lifted to praise God. I've seen them in concert and their worth every penny. Contact is a great cd and may be better than their untitled cd, hard to believe they just get better. Check out the calling on contact it makes you want to become your best.

The Benjamin Gate is a great group that just has gotten better over time. Their Untitled CD brought a new flavor of rock to christian music. Their lyrics are meaningful and cause a positive impact. This young band has started off something great. I recently got their demo CD off their website. I recommend "Lift Me Up"
