Review by Daniel Justin for Robbie Seay Band : Give Yourself Away 2007-08-27
Well, the new RSB CD is absolutely fantastic! This Cd is driven by some very powerful rock foundations and classic Robbie Seay lyrics. I have enjoyed everything Robbie has done to date, but I must say they just keep getting better and better. Faith through music....a very powerful medium indeed.

It is incredibly difficult to describe the excellence of The Robbie Seay Band. Their music plays the way that I want my life to be lived out. Real, honest, melodic, gritty, and beautiful. Their albums lack the smoke and mirrors of over production(esp. on the indies), allowing their incredible songwriting and musicianship to color a magnificent canvas of emotion, contemplation, and grace.

I lost my son in August of 2005. I first heard Better Days a few months ago and oh my God, it blew me away. I love it. The song's lyrics uplifted me so much. My God is oh so mighty through his vessels that minister to us through their precious songs and it is so refeshing to hear such songs. Great band. To God be the glory!

I checked out Robbie Seay Band after reading Donald Miller's latest book (Through Painted Deserts)--both the book and CD are amazing!
Review by Jeremiah Meadows for Robbie Seay Band : Better Days 2005-10-12
Robbie Seay Band is doing what many others in Christian music are failing to do: BE CREATIVE! This band is honest, transparent, AND creative. Their music is something that doesn't just play, but really causes you to look at your life and think. Plus, these guys just plain rock! Listen to Hallelujah God is Near and I promise you will be sold on this album.
Review by Chris B. for Robbie Seay Band 2004-10-18
I've listened to much music, but Robbie Seay Band is by far the best in my opinion. Robbie, with that very distinctive voice. Taylor, with his guitar fills and awesome tone. Dan, with the technical drums. Ryan, with his awesome bass riffs. It's impossible to criticize them. Saying that this band is awesome is an understatement. I recomend this band to everyone that would take the time to listen. If you say anything bad about them, then you are insane, litterally.
Review by J.J. for Robbie Seay Band : Better Days 2004-07-17
I got the cd back in april and I havent taken it out of the cd player in my car since then. Songs like better days and breathing air again are so refreshing to me. The lyrics are undoubtedly amazing and also the music is just so well put together. 10,000 Charms is an amazing cd but Better Days just blows it out of the water in my opinion. The new guitarist Taylor Johnson really sticks out alot on this cd. He is just amazing end of story. If you are looking for some awesome encouraging Christian indie music, then Robbie Seay is a really great choice.

We heard RSB at a student life camp. They were awesome, plus bein from houston gives them a huge thumbs up! The songs they sang were moving and impacting to everyone in our youth group. I just wanted to say keep doin wut you are doin Robbie. And next time you are in town come check us out at Lazybrook Baptist Church. Thanx for the incredible worship at SL.

While Robbie's earlier work is very good, this new album from RSB is even better. It's free from hype and filler; always engaging the listener on different levels. Better Days is an enjoyable and encouraging album.
