wow, this is going to be a AWESOME cd. I can't wait, i'm gonna buy it the day it comes out! Must have done something right is a great song, and its amazing to think Relient K is coming out with a better one than Mhmm, or their other ones. I don't know how much better it could be. I have all their cds and recommend anyone who is thinking about this to buy it, I've definitely got my money out of these cds. Keep it up guys!

Review by Alexis for Relient K : Five Score And Seven Years Ago: Special Edition 2007-02-04
I am currently in love with this cd. I just got it a couple days ago and it is amazing! My favorite track so far is Come Right Out and Say It. Relient K seemed to write songs this time about just the things that I've been going through right now. The sound is great! It's amazing how Relient K's musical sound has evolved throughout the years, and I dare say this is thier best album yet! Thanks for the amazing album guys!

Review by Amy for Relient K 2006-01-05
Wow . Who does'nt like them ? Their lyrics are hilarious and meaningful at the same time . Most people my age think Christian music is just out of the hymnbook or something but that's not true with RK . The only downside to their music is that if your a serious person then you basically need to go find something else . You won't understand it . It's like the members of the band are all part of some weird , hyper people like myself who only get being silly . I guess that's cool though . "Pressing On" , "Sadies Hawkins Dance" , "Less is More" , and "Nancy Drew" are cool . And then the one probaly none of us understand , "The Only Thing Worse than Beating a Dead Horse is Beating on One"

Review by Jeffrey for Relient K : Apathetic EP 2005-12-26
7 songs seems like its not very much, considering it's only half of what MMHMM had, yet in those songs they convey almost as much meaning as MMHMM had. The first time I heard The Thief, I was amazingly struck by its ambiguity. I'm sure some people will agree with me that sometimes Relient K says things that seem ambiguous, but that is one reason I love them so much. Unlike some bands, they make you think about what you're hearing. The Apathetic EP is almost as amazing as MMHMM, so if MMHMM was a hit with you, there is no reason that you should not get the Apathetic EP.

Yeah, well it looks like everyone has something to say about this CD! But I have to say that this is awesome. Not only because they have fun songs but they have some random ones like "Mood rings" One of my big time fav! SO ENJOY THIS CD and totally GET IT!

Review by Kevin for Relient K : Apathetic EP 2005-12-04
If you liked Mmhmmm, I'm 100% sure that you will like this cd. The first time I heard "The Truth", I fell in love with it. It talks about having doubts about faith, which is a topic that I don't know of any other songs that address. But the whole CD is the same style as Mmhmmm, it's almost like it's just a continuation, I love it. So go buy it, it is definately worth the money to support this amazing band.

Review by Heather for Relient K : Apathetic EP 2005-11-13
I just picked up the new Apathetic EP by Relient K, and I gotta say it's amazing! If you are a mmhmm fan, you'll definitely like this. It continues with the same general style, but it has a few twists and tweaks that make it unique. "The Truth" and "In Like A Lion (Always Winter)" are great new songs, but the acoustic versions of "Be My Escape" and "Over Thinking" alone are worth the price of the CD. Honestly, every song is fantastic! So what are you waiting for??? Go buy it already!!! Alright, I guess you can finish reading this review first, but then you have to buy it. I'm telling you guys, you won't be disappointed!

Review by Tyler for Relient K 2005-10-06
I've been recently recovering from drug and alcohol addiction and going to treatment, and these times are very very difficult to get through, but i came across a couple of songs like be my escape, pressing on, and less is more and those songs have really helped me keep going and get past these tough times.
