I bought this cd because of the wonderful anointing on "the closer I get to the Cross" and "when we see the Glory". They are a tremendous blessing. Trying to find the lyrics in a printable form, I came across a bunch of Christian music magazine reviews on this disc and was sad that these forums think they have to be like the world with sly negative commnets they think are objective reviews. Get a clue reviewers at CCM and the like, it is impossible to overuse the simple words that clearly speak of God's love, His grace to sinners like all of us, and the incredible drawing power, beauty and agony of the cross of Christ. It is too easy for believers to forget this so an stray from a pure simple devotion to Christ. This song is one that powerfully returns us to kneeling at the cross and restores us to first love. This song is also wonderfully simple and cogent to share with unbelieving friends so they become seeking friends. I suggest that we seize and salute every song God blesses with those abilities rather than pan them with cynical reviews. Also, Palisade does one of the very best versions of "It is well with my soul" that I have heard in 40 years in the church. Well done, Ashley, Jeremy and Brandon. Keep up the good work you have begun...The Lord bless you now and always.

Wow! Their Cd is awesome. They all are so talented. Every time I listen to their CD, it just makes me feel a lot closer to God. The lyrics are just awesome. I really recomend you to get the CD if you dont already have it.

I love Palisade! Their songs are so uplifting. I have the CD and it is one of my favorites. I teach at a Christian school and I sometimes play christian music while the kids work. They always want to here Palisade. I can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for them.

If you want some geniune heartfelt music to lead you to worship then you need to get this cd. The words definitely tell a story. I believe that the words fit the lives of Jeremy, Brandon, and Ashley. Their harmony is out of this world and knowing them from beginning to now the vocal sound has grown so much. Don't miss out on a great group to get to know and love!

WOW!!! I LOVE PALISADE!!! I can't wait to get this new CD!! There is no favorite song I like on this CD, because I LOVE them ALL!! With listening to this CD, as well as the others, I can relate to what is being said and it challenges me to draw closer to God. When I listen to their CD, it brings tears to my eyes, because you know that the lyrics are inspired by the Lord and He has blessed them with an INCREDIBLE sound.
