The song "Rescue" by New Song is the greatest song ever written! I play in a praise band, and still, when I hear this song I cry like a baby, and am filled afresh with the sence that God is with us! It is good to know that someone has the feelings that I have, I just couldn't find the words. You guys are an inspiration to this dying world, keep writting songs like this, and change the word, one listener at a time!

Awww, what can I say. God is Good, and just when you think the world is too much to handle. Some fantastic People, "Angels" are sent in our lives such as the Group "New Song". They have several songs that touch my life, in a comforting way. A way that nothing else can.Before the Day, Rescue, I'll Rise, His Favorite Name is Father. The Christmas Shoes is a song that has been added to our traditional Christmas caroling each year. The first time I heard it was in a department store and later sung beautifully by a friend. The song is so touching and you can't help but wish you could be the one to help the little boy and purchase the shoes he so desperately wants for his mom. Every time I hear it I have to share it with another. I heard the movie will air in December and I can't wait! Thanks for a lovely song.

I'd like to say that I just recently seen Newsong in Concert at FBC Woodstock in Georgia. They were very touching. I thank God for using them in the ministry as they bring thousands upon thousands to Jesus each time they perform. If you don't have the Live:Rescue CD, it would be a good CD to add to any Contemporary Christian Music Collection.

I heard the song 'Christmas Shoes' a very long time ago, and again this afternoon at work..and like before, I was really touched - teared up but didn't cry (whew!).The words are really powerful..we need songs like these to remind us of the true meaning of Christams,especially in these times.I haven't heard any other songs by NewSong, but I'm definitely going to and I'm sure they're just as great! Newsong is the very best in music today. I have enjoyed all of the God inspired music that they have been playing. Each song touches my soul and bring such joy. I have two favorites which are "Defining moment" WOW! and "This ones with me". Gods blessing so many people through the gift of music you each posess. Praise God and thank you Newsong.

I heard newsong last year at Winter Jam 2002 close to st louis and i thought that was great. You guys really give your all and talent to God.

God is doing such awsome things in your music. Throughout the years, it gets even more in tune with the Spirit. For those who need a Spiritual boost or would love to hear a word from the Lord, I suggest listening to "Arise My Love" in it's entirety. You will be more than blessed; I know that I have been. hello to everyone at 93.9. This radio station is great. The other night my friend and I were listening to delilah at night, when the song Christmas Shoes came on my friend said you got to listen to this song she said when she first heard it she cried because its such a good song. So she said just listen to the words. It was the first time I ever heard it let me just say It was very special. I loved it so now when I hear it I think of that day with my friend. My daughter is three years old and I had told her about the song she really like it as well. I explained the song to my daughter. She likes this song as much as me. Kristi.
