Most of the words to these songs were written thousands of years ago during times of joy, pain, solitude, war, just normal days in which we still live today. As I came upon them strumming on my guitar I found myself in them, wondering how they felt when they were penned. How Moses looked while he was screaming,"the Lord is a warrior" and how the words were worship, appropriate to circumstance. Wilderness times, joyful times, peaceful times, each season calls for appropriate worship unto the Lord. I love the reality of God, that He doesn't want us to pretend. He wants us to praise Him where we are and with what is happening between us at the time. God meets us and heals us that way. My Hope is that you can see God's heart through the words He has kept for us from the days of old. That you forget I'm even singing and you have an encounter with the Love of my life and yours...Jesus.
