I bought "Happy" because I wanted the song "More", but I found that I love his other songs even "more!" I love the music, and the lyrics, which are so inspired. He writes songs that relate to real people and their life and journey as christians (which isn't perfect), as well as songs written from the point of view of God. I love the variety of sounds and tempos. Furthermore, the songs are contemporary enough that Christians who really dislike typical Christian music really like his. I think that God is smiling down on Matthew West. I know his music makes me and my family smile!

I've been listening to Matthew West for quite sometime,when his History C.D. came out I was quite taken by his song looking for Beautiful, I have a child with down Syndrome and he is an angel.

The song of Matthew West, "More", has inspired a number of young people in our church that we included it and two others, in our recent youth concert. I think it is so captivating because it does not only carry a good melody but also expresses tremendous message about God's love expressed in a very unique way. His musicality is awesome and i hope the Lord will use him more!

Matthew West impressed me in concert with the Festival con Dios tour. I liked his voice and the way he interacted with the crowd. I heard his song "More" on the radio shortly after and it became the song I constantly sang in my head. I ordered the cd over the internet and fell in love. His new cd "Happy" is the only cd in my cd player and will continue to be for a long time.
