Their voices are steeped in soulful intensity, their melodies soar engagingly above the beats, and their affirming lyrics combine traditional gospel concepts with rhythmic immediacy. Middle sisters born to gospel- singing parents amid five other sisters and a brother, Erica and Tina were raised in a strict churchgoing family in Inglewood, California. Erica and Tina's vocal talents quickly earned them coveted solo spots in their church choir, and they soon realized that "music was completely in our hearts."

MaryMary has a clear vision for how they are marketed to a broad audience, defining themselves as strictly gospel and not just inspirational artists.

"Inspirational music makes me feel good, like I can go on, I can make it, I can do whatever I put my mind to. But the gospel tells you what God can do; it tells you the good news of Jesus," explains Erica. "Because our music is so hip-hop and has an urban feel, a lot of people think, 'Oh it's inspirational, it's contemporary.' It can be. But listen to what I'm saying (in the song). The songs that we write tell the message of Christ specifically."

MaryMary is doing a incredible job touching peoples' lives. I have both of their albums and their both amazing.Duiring times when I feel like I have nothing to live for, I'll listen to track #4 ( In The Morning) and it gives me hope to go on. Gods is truely using Tina and Ericka to save souls. They came to Toronto, Canada during this summer for a concert and it was church up in there. Everything about the concret was so rich and soulful. Their concert was actually the first concert I've ever been to and it was a great experience. I pray that God Almighty continues to strengthen you woman and bless you two and your families.

You ladies have a song that I love so much. The song is called Can't give up Now. I knew all the words to it by the time I heard it the second time. That song puts me in a place where I want to be. It put me a easy decision that God is with me thru my sturggles and thru my hard times. I beleieve when ever I have a talent show I will always sing that song.

Oh well!! i first heard about them from a very close friend of mine and i've loved listening to them ever since...I've got both of their Cd's now, Thankful and Incredible and I just can't wait to get hold of their next album. These girls are doing a very marvelous job and it should be an encouragement to all young ladies out there, it's time to stand up for Jesus, declare his goodness and mercy to all who are out there. I purchases the CD "Incredible" when it first and I have loved it every since then. I recently got to meet MaryMary on June 7 in person at the Family Christian Store it was awesome. They our two of the sweetest women I have every met. Both of the albums are great. Songs like "You will know", "Incredible", "He Said", "In the Morning" just to name off a few of the good ones. I tell you if you like songs that bump but can also get you into the Spirit this album is for you...because it truely blessed me.

I think that MaryMary is a very inspirational group. Their music does not just affect those who are saved or in church but also those who are not in church or have never tried God before. Their music has a positive vibe and it is for the young and the old.
