"My desire as a worship leader and Christian Artist is just to share what God has done in my own life. I’ve never been one for entertaining with my music. More than anything, I want people to be influenced by this music to live uncompromising, radical lives for Jesus Christ. I want them to listen to this music and be drawn into worship of Him. But this music is not "preachy" or "holier than thou". I have been through some pretty awful things in my life, and my heart has been really crushed. God has brought me up out of the pain and heartache, and has set my feet upon a rock. I pray that more than anything people will see God’s awesomeness and glory through what He has done for me, and through my music. I can take no credit, nor can I stand above anyone and point the finger in judgment.

I recently read a book called "No Compromise- the Life Story of Keith Green." Keith was an incredible minister of the gospel who used music as a means to draw people into a deeper commitment to Jesus. He was even willing to give up music completely if the Lord led him to – even though he was one of the most successful Christian musicians of his day. I want to live that way – completely sold out and focused on glorifying Jesus Christ every day of my life. This music is only a tool to do that.
