This has got to be one of the best inspirational cd's I have ever heard. It pertains to every day living and applies scripture as basis of the songs. This CD has given me such peace when I needed it most.

Jacob's Well: You are Better. It's an AWESOME album. The thing that distinguishes Jacob's Well from other groups. They are sooooo scripturally-based. Most all of their songs are straight-up scripture! I mean. . .you just can't get any better than that. :-) Musically, the sound, instruments, and vocals sound beautiful together. Three talented people with three big hearts for God. I (think) I know good music. . . . this is good music!!! .'fo SHO!

AWESOME album! It's always playing on my iPod. Go buy it. However, i suggest seeing Jacob's Well live! they sound great. i really enjoy watching Rob and Elise work and play together. they have true hearts of worship. AND KEVIN! geez! that guy rips on the drums! and his voice is awesome too! these three servants of Christ have great talents and i think everyone should buy their CD. it's encouraging to realize that many of their lyrics come straight from the Word as well. AWESOME guys! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! and don't forget to back over to sunny California! WOOT!...o yeah, go buy Wayne Mason's album too. haha. bye.

It is with pure delight that I can write on behalf of Jacob’s Well. As general manager of KLHT Radio in Honolulu, I have encountered “various & sundry” music ministries & worship bands. Rob, Elise & Kevin have proven to be amongst the best. Jacob’s Well has visited the islands multiple times in the last few years & each visit has been a blessing to our radio ministry & church affiliate, Calvary Chapel of Honolulu.
It goes without saying that the musical prowess of this trio is quite apparent. Their distinct melodies & able rhythms keep most ears awaiting the next verse. But the value lies in the clear & very present nature of worship. Jacob’s Well brings a stage presence & a lyrical path that takes the audience into a sincere place of worship. It is a blessing to see them bring the “performance” aspect of music into the heavenly courts, where the audience becomes the Lord & the crowd becomes the worship offering. We love these guys & their heart for the Lord.
Our on-air presence has been blessed by the ministry of Well Water Music Ministry too. We have included several of their albums (“Be Still” & “You Are Better”)in our regular music rotation & hear good reviews from our listeners. Our music selection has always prioritized the importance of worship…in a very direct sense. Jacob’s Well manages to communicate quite clearly through their music that the Lord is the recipient of all glory & the one for whom they sing. I hope & pray that through Jacob’s Well, many hearts will be led to the well where they can partake of the living waters that will spring up within them unto eternal life!

Rob, Elise, and Kevin, are true worshippers who love the Lord with all their mind, heart, and soul. If you have a chance, see them when they visit a town near you. Their honesty and sincerity to worship the Lord comes through their three-part harmony and contagious strumming of their instruments. Don't forget to check out their special guest Wayne Mason. He creates a worship atmosphere in the midst of the congregation. You are better is definitely a great CD!!
