While singing background vocals on Passion leader Charlie Hall's sophomore release, Don met the bass player with whom he would form the funk/grunge band Gibraltar. After 2 years in the Oklahoma City club scene, he quit to focus on worship leading and youth ministry.

Don has appeared on Charlie Hall's generation productions worship compilations and is now returning to his rock roots with his debut solo release hiding in plain view. "Hiding" is an attempt to combine thoughtful lyrics with melodic rock stylings. Sometimes seen as cryptic, the lyrics paint rather than photograph. Don's preference is "I would rather feel a poetic lyric than understand an uninteresting one".

don and his band have been working with my youth group for many years and i just got back from a camp that him and his band lead once again they are so amazing and they inspired me so much they are amazing mucians!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love you all!!

Don is our youth pastor's friend and came and helped us out with a week long local outreach. Don is a humble and passionate worship leader and I HIGHLY recommend this CD. If you want a sense of what the Holy Ghost and fire can do in you....check this CD out! God bless!

THE BEST CD I"VE EVER HEARD!! Don is the most talented musician alive. There's nothing like it! I once saw him lead worship in Hindi (Indian language) with absolutely no music or words... and he'd never heard the song before. Amazing isn't it? -April
