When Caroline Cobb was a junior in high school, her mom taught her a few chords on the guitar...and she's been writing songs ever since. Her aim in music has always been to sing what is real to her, to convey a raw reverence for a lofty yet personal God.

Far Beyond Me (Caroline's debut release) is accessible, worshipful, and authentic. The catchy melodies will draw you in, but it's the poignant lyrics that will take you deep and keep you listening. The sound is part Jennifer Knapp, part Jill Phillips, part Patty Griffin. Produced in part by Brian Long of Second Baptist Houston, Far Beyond Me features Robbie Seay, Taylor Johnson, and Chase Jenkins of the Robbie Seay Band.

Am I eavesdropping on Caroline talking to our Savior? Is Caroline sharing her love for God with me? Is our Lord speaking to me through Caroline? Each time I listen to this CD my heart and soul somehow feel nourished, and each song is so different in message and melody. This is a Christian heart at its most creative. Thank you, Caroline.
