I want to make sure that everyone knows that Blisse changed their name. They are now called "The Afters". They were signed by simple records(a division of INO records) and had to change their name due to trademark issues. Their new website is www.theafters.com I love this band!!! And I want to make sure that everyone still knows where to find them. They are releasing a new album in February 2005 and will be touring the country with Mercy Me and Jeremy Camp. I saw them in concert last night and I've got to say it was absolutely amazing! Be sure and check them out!

I LOVE BLISSE(The Afters)!!! I've seen them so... many times in concerts, they're sooo... AWESOME!!! I love how they are the kind of band that is not afraid to express their beliefs during their concerts. when i watch them i could just feel and see how much they love what they're doing and doing it for the glory of God.

I first heard Blisse when i was at Sky Ranch camp(christian sleep away) in Van Tx. My counselors played it in the moring to wake us up.I had never heard of them before but i was like these guys are pretty cool. Then on Wendnesday the counselors said "We have a surprise for tonight" and it was the Blisse concerct and it was AWESOME! We got to get pictuers with them. I now love Blisse and there love for God and Jesus is amazing! I bought the CD right after camp and it is my favorite CD! You have to get the Blisse CD!!!!!!!!!!

well, where do I start, I found Blisse by accident, well thats where I'll say I found them, I have no idea how I heard them, I was just sitting on my computer, and decided to download some songs, and Blisse came up on the search engine, so I downloaded, and then I listened to the song "The Way You Are", then I knew it wasn't by mistake, something or someone put it there for a reason...so I researched a little about the band, and I ordered there CD, and I've bought about 10 copies and gave them out to friends, they love them, I think one day, I might take a trip to Dallas, to see them live....GREAT BAND all the fingers and thumbs up for BLISSE

I'm a big fan of Blisse also. I first heard them when our youth director got them to come to our church, First Babtist Lewisville(near Dallas), for Revolution Weekend (Deciple Now)in January. This was the first band change in four years, so no one new what to expect. But when they started, their sound and their message was so clear that I instantly became a fan. They played several tracks from "When the World is Wonderful" including "find" (my favorite). The bassist, Brad, is great on the bass guitar. He usually sings harmonizing or background vocals, or none at all. But the few times he does do lead vocals, it is excellent and he has a good range. Matt and Josh both do a lot of leading vocals, either alternating verse/chorus, or harmonizing each other while playing guitar. When the weekend ended, I found myself buying their CD and 2 t-shirts. I listened to that CD every night before going to bed for the next month and a half. I carry it to school every day and try to listen to a few songs every day. I've noticed them becoming more popular and more friends now know who they are. Buy this CD!!! It rules! Good luck Blisse!

man, where to start? i first heard blisse when i was in my first year of college, and was incredibly impressed. i listened to the whole cd over and over again, and couldnt stop listening to it, and singing along with the words. every one of their songs is about the love of Christ, and is always thanking Him. and on top of the music on the cd, they kick some serious rear in concert. ive seen them about 5 times now, and everytime has been better than the last, especially since theyre singing new songs and stuff, its been awesome. they are truly a blessing to those who long to hear music that has life to it, but not so much that its obnoxious. the Lord has truly given these guys talent and passion for His praise. one of the more incredible things is that each of the guys, with the exception of the drummer, is that they write and sing theyre own songs, if they are singing it, then they wrote it. brad (bass), sings more bluesy type songs, and is such a dynamic musician being able to play both bass and lead while singing incredibley well. in the meantime, matt and josh can harmonize to anything sung by the brad, and vice versa, i have nothing but good things to say about these guys. they are worth the three and a half hour drive to go see at the door for me. i encourage everyone to at least give a listen to these guys, you wont be disappointed, i promise. take care and God Bless!!!

Blisse is the best band ever! one of the members is my sunday school teacher and he's the best teacher ive ever had. You gotta get this cd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys in the band are really on fire for God! I know the drummer, and he is cool. If you are looking for a good alternative rock/worship band, check out Blisse!

I've seen Blisse in concert several times. They are a blast! Those guys are so passionate for God and for music! Blisse is an accurate name for a band that makes you smile so much. Their thoroughly enjoyable blend of powerful vocals, grooving guitar, and All American rock band meets brit-pop style always leaves you wanting more. With lyrics that are straightforward and full of passion and a sound edgy enough to satisfy those of us who like to rock but not so far over that edge that the calmer element (like my wife) won’t love to sing along. Blisse is the perfect all-around band that will satisfy almost every taste, and not only will your ears be happy, but your soul will be too. Don't be surprised if after listening to their album, you(like me) find yourself singing their songs in your head all day long. I give "when the world is wonderful" five enthusiastic stars!
