I had the privalege of working with Billy Cerveny at YL's Windy Gap out in Western North Carolina. Billy is not only an outstanding musician but above all, he is an exceptional person as well. His music is a much desired breath of fresh air in a stagnant and stale market of poorly written regugitated music that is devoid of passion and depth. Billy stands tall as a deft lyricist whos words touch the soul in a special way that few are able to do so. His voice is easy to listen to, and he writes in a way that makes him feel like an old freind telling favorite familiar tales with his songs. Billy is perhaps the best-kept-secret on the scene today. Those of us who know him and have heard him realize how much of a treat it is to listen to him. Many of his songs such as "Harmony", "You Are not alone" "Soldier's Clothes" "When I Breathe" are songs that grab you by the collar and make you stop to listen. His songs give you a glimpse into his incredible personality, and unique and special abilities. I can say nothing negative about Billy, except he likes pitas way too much, but hey pita rhymes with Juanita.

WOW!!! Billy's voice is amazing. These songs really grabbed my attention.

Wow...great voice, excellent songs...this CD you like the first time you hear it. Harmony is a great song (One listen and you'll find yourself singing it throughout the day)!! A horse named pride reminds us all that it is only by God’s grace we are saved. If you like acoustic music with a country flare, do your self a favor and get this CD!
